Here is one solution to Pratik's scheduling problem.Pratik's main problem is that he procrastinates. He tends to put much relaxation time ahead of his homework time. As you can see below, Pratik can change his schedule so that he has ample relaxation time before he going to bed earlier, which will reduce his stress. It takes a lot of self-discipline to stick to a schedule, but if Pratik is able to abide by this improved schedule, he may in turn stop feeling over-worked and stressed.
